There really aren’t enough words to explain how Excellent the programs are I started with 21 Day. Sherman gives you a solid foundation on being an investor and learning the ENTIRE Mechanics of this business. NO ONE is teaching on this level. Get the 21 Day I Promise you won’t Regret. I am Thankful to Sherman and his team!!

21 Day Realinvestors Challenge. Awesomeness. No other program like it. I've been telling my family about this course, have gotten them excited. Sherman is extremely thorough. I am grateful to have learned about his training and appreciate him. I began mid-December, I should have completed my 21 days last week. I'm an over thinker and get paralysis when it comes to learning. This is a no-no w/ Sherman re: contracts/deals. Nonetheless, I want to feel confident in my understanding, so I repeat videos, which slows me down. Playing catch-up I go back to homework. FOLLOW SHERMAN'S INSTRUCTIONS complete the homework directly after each class. Suggestion, having the courses set up in a blackboard format would be much smoother to navigate, communicate with peers, and post homework. Can better control current and older information and posts. Also, my first 5 classes, I was missing tools posted within the study guide because I kept seeing the same document. After day 3 I believe I stopped scrolling through the guide thinking it was the same. However, l learned that the needed documents/tools are attached to the end of the initial document. Having a separate attachment would be nice. Now, although I appreciate having each lesson emailed so that I can go directly into the pre-recorded classes instead of scrolling through Facebook, but I can't go back a few seconds without going to far back if I missed information. Not easy finding classes or where to post homework in Facebook, but there I can rewind lessons a few seconds. These nuances are small compared to the wealth of knowledge that Sherman shares. Invaluable. A good feature is the progress tracker! Enjoyed seeing my progress. I thank God for blessing Sherman, and he takes his blessing and pays it forward. Follow his instructions, which he lays out EVERYTHING step-by-step. Investing further by getting a mentor. Splitting the profit is worth it because you get direct hands on training experience. Helps to put lessons into action when getting started. With this program, you're never alone. Advice: get a separate email for this course, I've missed importance information and dates for live classes because the class related emails were mixed with my general emails. In sum, great investment in my future and family. I like learning, so these lessons are addictive. May God continue to bless Sherman and the Realinvestors Team. --TC

I've attended one of those three day seminars and learned quite a bit but that was it...was kind of left on my own to figure out the next move. I prayed to one day become connected with folks who would be able to walk me thru the process for better understanding. Stumbling upon Real Investors has been the best thing ever!! The further I go in this course, the more I'm amazed. What a great idea to keep, your goals at the forefront of your daily thoughts through Nightengale's book. The 21-Day Real Estate to Riches course was well put together from start to finish! It did not leave out the details that are lacking in other sources “teaching” about real estate investing. I got so much real world application from this course. I look forward to applying what I learned to my real estate business and life.
