Real Flame FireplacesReviews of realflame.com

I recently bought a Real Flame outdoor 2 seat rocking chair from Home Depot for $317. ( NO problem with delivery) (Overstock.com price $429.67!) I was very disappointed to find my purchase was missing 1 of the 10 needed screws to assemble the rocker! Assembly instructions were a ridiculous 2 pages of pictures!( no written instructions)..I'm also disappointed in the one very thin cushion...product picture shows one but description list gray " cushions". For this price 2 cushions should be included..the back is very uncomfortable without a cushion. Overall this product is way overpriced and not worth the purchase price or frustration assembling with critical missing parts! Pamela

Spent a small fortune on a gas fire from this lot - then found out the hearth was extra - the pic on the net showed it all in one Total rip off , best avoided , plus the logs were extra too !!

Went online to price Realflame gel fuel 2 days ago and ordered directly from Realflame, as they were the least expensive. My order arrived today, and no shipping charge. Can't get any better than that!
