Great place to learn!

I would recommend this company to anyone

Sam was wonderful! I recommend the class for everyone who doesn’t feel ready to take the State exam yet. It’s helpful to review all 16 Chapters in one day otherwise it’s very easy to forget what you’ve leaned in Chapter 1 by the time you get to the end of the workbook.

Sam was very thorough and gave great examples to help me understand and remember for taking the test. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, he truly is a great instructor!

Awesome review class! I wouldn’t mind sitting through the class again just to learn more about the ins and outs of real estate industry.

Best review course ever, my only complaint is that I was told the course is 9am - 5pm but it ended at 5:45pm. Not a huge deal, except I had child care arranged only until 5pm. Thanks for hosting such a comprehensive and entertaining session! Sam is THE BEST EVER!

Clear concise and understandable. Gives a great overview that will make studying and filling in the rest of the materials much easier. I am much less anxious about passing the exam after this experience!

Sam is an excellent teacher. He is comprehensive and thorough. I feel confident taking the exam after his review course.
