It is a great tool. It is a bit clunky when trying to tag properties.

I'm still learning all the things I can do with this tool. I find it very valiable in setting up my initial lists and getting organized. I'm just wondering how up to date the comp properties provided by the comp evaluator analysis are. This seems like a very valuable tool in the initial analysis, but I'm not yet confident that the most up to date info is being provided

Kickoff specialist should slow down. Other that that great accelerating tool and looking forward to future reviews.

Good service, just too expensive.

I feel like some things are not what they seem and have some reservations but other things that has been delivered on have been beyond beneficial and helpful! I wish there was a free 3 or 7-day trial of the premium service. I'm already sold on some of their other services that I got to have a free trial experience on! The training have done wonders on jump starting my real estate investing career.
