I like what I'm seeing. I have some concerns about the data the Comps pulls and the additional costs for features I think should be included in the plan.

This is a great application for running a real estate investing business. As a system engineer it is important for me to have systems, process, and databases for properties, leads, and investors. Realeflow provides that and analysis tools as well. I have my entire team with accounts and we use it everyday. Customer support is responsive and I highly recommend Realeflow for the real estate business professional.

First of all, I have a premium membership. I thought that was everything that you could get, but after not being able to get access to somethings, I find out that there is a pro level for more money per month. I was trying to build a credibility package and by email talked to Ethan, whom I guess is a tech guru, he informs me that some of the rhings, I have to be a pro member. Now, I don't know what I am subscribed to get with my premiun membership. Can someone please tell me what my level gets me and what the hell is in a credibility folder?

Great support user friendly and a very sophisticated all in one system

It was informative and well developed. I also cross referenced information with other sources and it was congruent. Only thing it’s very expensive to access for someone just starting in real estate investment and don’t have a lot of start up capitol. I would suggest having an extended trial period. In my current experience it’s probably going to take two months before I can secure my first deal.

This is a great system to use. Makes the process as a real estate investor a lot faster.

Sometimes the information filters don't seem to be correct. i.e. looked for our of state property owners and received in-state property owners.

I like it and I recommend it! Good stuff!
