I think the system could be more user friendly. I thought the system was in Realetime also. It's not what I expected in its entirety. It helps, but not what I expected. CT

Tools are helpful but would like to use a comparable sheet were you can compare three home to property you are buying.

3 Stars is up from our most recent 2 Star and original 1 Star opinion as we have tried this previously. The presentation and the product keeps improving however the product is not very intuitive, incomplete, and too difficult to use to be very efficient.

I like the program. There have been a few kinks along the way with billing and getting what I actually signed up for. Although it was an inconvenience, it has been resolved

Up charging became too expensive for me along with the monthly Membership fee Toto call service fee more expensive than others

Preforeclosure leads are mostly bad data because it's not current. Imagine if I paid for mailings with this bad data. Site is not clear on this fact. Export functionality is confusing. Can't tell if and where you're export is queued. Not clear there is an export limit of 10000 and this limit is inconvenient when your search comes up with more than 10k leads. For example absentee owners in Washington, DC. No way to know what your export is because it's not labeled. Support didn't understand or address some of my questions.
