Realbricks is a fractional real estate investing platform that is working hard to democratize real estate investing for as many as possible. Sign up only takes 5 minutes and is integrated with Plaid to connect to over 5000 financial institutions with ease. Listings currently include long-term single-family rental properties, and shares start at just $10. We require a $100 minimum investment which is a very low barrier to entry comparatively to the traditional large down payment normally required to become involved in a real estate purchase. Realbricks aims to help give power back to people interested in investing in real estate, and has build the technology and framework, as well as completed the rigorous legal compliance requirements to do so. Realbricks is fully regulated by the SEC and uses top notch security standards for users which include 2fa and unique pins for login. Update! I made my first withdrawal from my earned dividends of $87 for the first! It was estimated that it'll take 7 to 10 business days to arrive in my bank account and awesomely it did, actually less than 7 days for me! Just wanted to turn this good news in!

I worked with a representative who helped me a great deal. O was a bit skeptical about the real estate investment, especially with investing in someone's house but the agent help alleviate my worries and I will recommend this company to many people. I feel confident with them. I love their fact that they put all disclosures in plain sight and there are no hidden t gimmicks. Thousand thumbs up

Always wanted to get into real estate but didn’t have the money. Found realbricks a few months ago and jumped in with $100 to try it out. It’s super easy to use and actually kind of fun to check on my properties. Feels good knowing I own a piece of something real. Already seeing some returns and I’m stoked to watch my shares keep appreciating. 10/10 recommend.
