I wanted to get my purse authenticated since I no longer have the receipt from 2012 and The Real Real was taking 40% commission so I decided to get it authenticated to sell on eBay. My phone photo angles were not perfect but WITHOUT asking for additional photos, or any other questions, (I even had sent the serial code and authenticity card) they “deemed” my purse from Champs Elyses was “counterfeit”. This SITE IS A SCAM. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR AN EVALUATION THAT is completely NOT EVALUATED. What a joke. Stay away from this scam site.

Stay far far away from them! THE WORST SCAMMER and so called "authenticator" in the industry!! NEVER go to this scammer and they are a joke! I'm shocked that these incompetent people can open a business to authenticate people's bags. This realauthentication company is a real scam. They have no knowledge at all and I have heard enough terrible things about them after I got scammed. The biggest issue this scammer has is that they can't tell between real vs fake. I should have done my research before I used them and I could have saved my $40. You will waste your money and they will basically say anything authentic ( even items you bought from the boutiques) as "FAKE" or fake items as "AUTHENTIC". That can be so dangerous if you get a document from them to help with your dispute! My authentic item bought from the authorized department store was concluded as "fake" on their report. Stay far away from this scammer business! They have 0 knowledge! They should go out of business!

They changed the web page couple of months ago and the service has gone down hill. I used to get a response within 24 hours from the customer service but not now. Some information from my account is not transferred to the new website, messages have been lost. I cannot access the course I signed up to on the old website either. contacted customer service but no response so far. I cannot message them form my account like before either and the new contact page has limited characters. So have to send two separate messages to them.

I tried them out and trusted them cause i wanted to know whether they have any idea what they’re doing. They claimed a Gucci Trackjacket from this collection that I personally purchased from Gucci Store and have a proof of purchase for; they said was counterfeit!  They habe no professionell skills and the point is as they tell authentic items are fakes, they also claim Fakes as authentic. Moronic imbeciles, with no training. Do not use this service. You wont get a result you can Trust in.

We couldn’t find the receipt for a YSL bag we wanted to sell, so we asked these guys for an authenticity. They came back minutes later saying the item was counterfeit, meanwhile my other half arranged a replacement receipt and we sold the bag. This service could be a random bot for all we know, but they certainly can’t authenticate things which tells me they have probably authenticated things which are NOT authentic. *Update: I have been told that this company has asked for more details - a YEAR on? No they haven't actually. They have just tried to flag every poor review as if it is fake. It is not.

One of the worst and incompetent service provider ever. They have no idea what they're doing. They market themselves a lot but in terms of skillset, they stand no where. There is one authentication service popping up every second and they're one of those who know nothing but want to cheat people out of their money. Save yourself from their clutches and get a reliable service.
