Lack of Support--Beware
The product functionality is good (4 stars). The product durability is fair. Material does peel away / tear after just months of use (2 stars). The customer service support is just horrible / non-existent (1 star). I tried calling the phone number provided. 3 times a day for 2 weeks and could not reach anyone. Left voice messages but never got a return phone call. I tried sending emails to the address on the website but never got a response. Very poor customer service. Beware.

We’re also sorry to hear about the material peeling after only a few months of use, as that’s certainly not what we want you to experience with your Ready Rocker.
