Book arrived with a very poor binding
Book arrived with a very poor binding. I am working with the customer service rep to have this issue corrected. They assured me that they are having a new book printed and shipped overnight. Waiting patiently....

Hi Mary, we're very sorry that the book was bound poorly. Unfortunately our printer had a production mishap but we've worked expediently to correct this to prevent it from happening again. In addition, we have expedited printing and shipping of your replacement book which you should receive today!
