The ring is beautiful and sparkling,the only complaint it took longer than I thought, but it arrived in time for Christmas, I would order from here again

The service was good and they responded to an email regarding the shipping in a timely manner. While the ring was wider than expected it looked pretty but too large to appear real. Smaller may have been better. The ring, with its pointed adges, is very uncomfortable to wear and i doubt that i wiill. It was a poor choice for me.

I could not ask for better quality in the piece of jewelry I ordered.. it was exquisite.. my fiance loves it... my issue was with the shipping time and their ability to remedy it... let me be clear.. the gave me a free bracelet to try to make up for it but I feel as though giving away your cheapest item you sell, to remedy messing up a very well planned engagement wasn't enough... time is the one thing in life we can't create, or find when it's lost...
