The selection was great and I liked my first ring so much I ordered another one.

The ring is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with it. The only reason I gave my experience a 4 rating is because it was not shipped for a long time (2+ weeks). I had to email and ask about it before it was shipped out. Otherwise, the jewelry piece is beautiful and I am happy with it.

I love my ring, the only thing that upset me was that I was not given any type of notice as to you received my order or the shipping time. No updates whatsoever. It took almost 6 weeks for it arrive. I think you need to keep in touch with your customers more. I just ordered the band that goes with it. Love it.

Was happy with two necklaces I purchased with two exceptions... One necklace had a knot in the chain when I opened the pkg. Only other issue is heavy set ppl have large necks and even with them measuring up to 18" still feels like wearing a choker. Would be nice for us to have an option of a 20" chain. Maybe production team could look into that a bit further for us thick girls.

The things most pleasing to me, with my shopping experience, are as follows: 1. The online merchandising of the product was very attractive. 2. The online ordering and payment was easy and accurate, including the payment options. 3. The quality and packaging of the product was terrific. The only area of my purchase experience, that was disappointing, was the arrival time of the item. It was a Birthday gift for my wife and was ordered in time for the delivery to be made prior to her January 2nd birthday, however, it did not arrive until January 5th. Summary: My first purchase experience left me pleased and I look forward to making future purchases and recommending ReadYourHeart to others!

I have finally received my ring!!! It is very pretty and fits right. I'd have given it a 5 star rating, but the time it took to get to me was crazy!!! I do recommend this product, but don't be in a hurry when you order.

Very understanding customer service

Though I didn't realize it would take about 3 weeks to receive my ring it was worth the wait! Gorgeous. Absolutely love it.
