I have a few of your rings and I love how beautiful they are. My most recent ring though, lost a stone and it is so disappointing. The big stone is still intact, it’s one of the smaller ones that fell out.

I am still awaiting final thoughts. The ring I bought for my wife just a few months ago lost a stone. I have reached out to see if we can resolve this issue. Shipping was sslower than I expected as I didn't realize it was coming from out of the country. The ring and stones are very beautiful, in fact I was blown away by the clarity, fire, and refraction of the stones.

Well I ordered a ring on December 31st 2022. Received a confirmation email stating they would email me when shipped. I have not heard anything since.

First, I wish I could split the review into item and into customer service. The item is beautiful and sparkles, but the much smaller than I expected. The description was vague on the size, so I went by the picture. The craftsmanship is nice and so far wears well. I've only had it for just under 2 months. I replaced a diamond band because I lost the main stone. I am being extra cautious with this one even though it didn't cost nearly as much. As for customer service, I wanted to return it because of what I wrote above, but in the end I kept it. The customer service department got back to me in a very timely manner and helped me resolve the issue. That is why I kept the ring. I replaced it with a ring from another company, but I wished I hadn't. I had issues with the authenticity of that ring, and I paid 6 times more! In conclusion, try this company out.

Contact via email was always answered. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful. However the shipping of a 2 item order was separated and one came at one time, around 12 days and the other took over 30 days. It was a Christmas gift, so on Christmas my sister went without a gift. Was it worth the wait? Yes. But it was very frustrating. I have been told I am receiving a complimentary bracelet...

I purchased the 3 stone ring and one of the stones is already loose. I also had difficulty with a return. The rings are beautiful but getting any type of customer service is difficult.
