My order was confirmed on January 3rd. I emailed them on Jan. 6th, asking when it may be shipped as it was a lot of money for me to spend and am anxious to receive my ring. They got back to me on Jan. 7th and assured me that I would get an email when my order would be shipped. It is now Jan. 11th....nothing from them. They should give buyers an expected shipping date. In this age of internet scams, this makes me a bit nervous for spending this money.

Have not received my rings yet. It’s been several weeks. I am not happy. If I’d known they came from China I would never have ordered.

Item was beautiful the 1st 2 weeks after that it's just dull does not shine or looks pretty at all. I don't even wear it anymore. Sad part is that happened to all the rings I bought on this site.

Read Your Heart is not who they claim to be. This is not a jewelry brand offering quality handcrafted jewelry. Nor is their claim, that the owner of the brand lost her wedding ring on a trip, true. The fact is, that backstory is nothing but a clever and false narrative and convincing marketing ploy. The jewelry on their site is not exclusive to them, it is mass produced in China. In fact you can find the same jewelry on multiple websites, including the wholesale site Alibaba (for literally a quarter of the price)... just do an image search. I found the same ring I paid $80 for on Alibaba's site for $20 for 3 pieces. Imagine my shock! What is more disappointing is that they are using YouTube influencers to partner with to peddle their jewelry to their followers. Unfortunately, as a result I was influenced and duped into buying Read Your Heart's overpriced and subpar jewelry.
