Awesome experience with a this company I ordered a ring for my girlfriend and thought it was a good idea to give it to her on Valentine’s Day well I got busy planning things and about a week went by and I started thinking about the time frame and realized the ring would be late so I emailed the customer service and the a representative emailed me back with in 2 hours I explained in the message that I was worried about the ring and the timing and the representative said not to worry and they would make arrangements for the ring to be delivered by valentine’s Day and it was delivered in two days making my dream come true and my future wife happy Thank you Read your heart for this and caring about your customers job well done the ring looks amazing and I appreciate your service !! 5 plus stars

I chose the simple, elegant emerald cut solitaire 1 carot. Receipt took a little over 2 weeks after order, but customer service was very responsive to my inquiries. The stone is beautiful, and looks just like my original mined diamond, but flawless. Setting is beautiful as well and well crafted. The price was amazing as well. My original diamond was purchased before I knew the controversy of it all. I’m very happy with my purchase. We shall see how it holds up!!!

I will always come back to read your heart. Their customer service is amazing and they did whatever they could to make me happy and I am happy. I ordered a twisted vine engagement ring with accent stones and I assumed that they were all moissanite so when I tested them in realized the accent stones were not moissanite, I emailed them immediately. When I explained to them I was under the impression that they were all moissanite and I would really like one with all moissanite they worked hard to make it right. I was able to keep the original and just pay a little bit extra for the custom order and they sent me a beautiful twisted vine engagement ring with all moissanite stones that matched my twisted vine wedding band that also has all moissanite stones. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and I am so happy I am able to have moissanite at such an affordable price.
