The ring band turned black when I swam in a hotel pool.Didn't expect this to happen.Kind of disappointing.Thought it was better quality.

The jewelry was beautiful and looked like it was well made. I was very happy with the jewelry itself and the prices. The problem is that the shipping is inconsistent. I currently am waiting on an item I ordered 3 weeks ago and was said to have shipped six days ago. You don’t know what to expect. Most of the items I’ve purchased eventually came within a few weeks and look great. Is your jewelry going to be delivered without any issues? It’s a gamble.

Ordered on 9/24/2024 and the item still has not shipped as of 10/3/2024. My requests for an update have been ignored for days now. Terrible customer service. Update: Received the ring on 10/4/2024 so apparently it shipped, but the process was still kind of long coming from California to Arizona. The biggest problem is my messages went unanswered. Overall the ring is nice. Sparkles nicely in the sun and under lights. Ring is rated 5, customer service is rated 1 for no response to my messages.

So far I didn’t receive my ring n waiting for that because I need before July 21st

Very disappointed! Purchased 2 rings in June. Wrote to you 7-14, and 7-23-23. The band lost a gem a few weeks after receiving. I can't wear it, because it catches everything. I was told replacement gems would be sent after both of my requests. Now we are in August, and still company is doing nothing. I will wait another week and will write again

The ring itself was exactly as described and just what I needed. That said it didn’t ship for several days. When I inquired, as I had a tight timeline, they said they can’t ship to a PO Box. Were they just not going to tell me? I then paid for express shipping to a new address to get it there on time due to this delay. They sent a shipment notification for the old address which they said they can’t ship to. They then shipped it to the new address and it arrived the same day I needed it. Overall it worked out but that was a pretty bad customer experience for me.

I bought three pieces that I really like without issue. HOWEVER, I have written into them THREE times over the last two months about the custom pieces they say they offer that changes the shape of a center stone. ZERO reply. This makes me VERY nervous should I ever have a problem or an issue, I know for a fact I would never get a response if they're not writing back to make money, they're not going to write back if there is a problem!

I purchased a curved moissanite pave ring that is stunning but I also ordered another ring which was to big and returning it was a hardship! Excellent jewelry but it's VERY hard to return. Waiting to see if I get a refund before I order another curved moissanite pave ring...
