You can tell the ring is fake/cheaply made. It also ships from China which does not make me happy (the ring was a gift or else I would have never ordered it).

After completing my order I realized I had ordered the wrong shaped stone and immediately contacted them to cancel the order that same night. I then made the correct order. It took a week to get them to cancel and their representative kept refusing to do so and kept making counter offers even though I gave her the new order number and clearly explained everything. A huge error on their part as I had planned to buy a bridal set. As far as the ring goes it is very nice.

Rings don't fit my enhancer that I have. They are too large for my fingers and now I cannot return them. Have a ring I cannot wear due to your return policy..... Not happy with customer service and your policy. Will not receommnd your site to anyone, your return policy is too strict.

I've sent several emails regarding a ring and no response, I see they are in China so you can't call them. So far this has not been a good experience. Joe talkiewicz

After 15 days of ordering I still have not received my ring. This is not acceptable for this purchase. Too long!!

I got my ring 3 months ago and the main stone has fallen out of it!!! Definitely not worth what I paid!

I am out of the state and will be for 3 mo. that is why I needed the ring by that date. no one will be home to get pkg.

Beyond expectations upon arrival. However stone fell out and was lost within a month☹️
