I am writing a review because i have never been so frustrated against a company this much before that cannot understand what i am trying to say in my email correspondence. I have requested turn to cancel my orders 4x and each time they refused and try to give me more stuff to keep my order. I am not interested! I don't know how many times i have to ask! Just cancel my order! There is a foreign transaction fee as well!

This review is solely based on the lack of communication and delays in receiving my order. I ordered on 6/17/22 and have not received any order updates. I did receive an additional charge for a foreign transaction and was not aware that this company is overseas. The lack of transparency is really upsetting. Aside from this additional fee, I am quite upset as I was promised that my order would deliver by the time I needed it. This gives the company an entire 30 days to get my order to me which is beyond the promised arrival date on their site. Based on the slowest method of delivery and factoring a holiday weekend, my order should have arrived by 7/8/22 and no later. My order, given the current information, should be arriving on 7/19/22 at the latest. This is well beyond the promised date and I’ll have missed the occasion I need this item by.
