Horrible scam company. I made a mistake by buying a ring from them. Fake cheaply made ring that you can get at Walmart for $10 cost me $143. The ring looks like it came from a cereal box. I tried to return. They’ve sent me countless emails offering to keep the ring for a small discount. I asked for my money back. Person name Amy said it would cost paying shipping to CHINA plus they’d have to inspect that the ring is “original condition” and that they may not be able to process refund in the end. They don’t even have a US phone number. Do not buy anything from this Chinese scammy company.

Ordered two items, both discolored after a month of only hand washing with gentle soap as I have sensitive skin. First time they replaced the time after giving me a 30% discount. Second time they offered a discount IF I would pay for a replacement. They refuse to refund my money.

the worst dishonest company ! bought my daughter a ring for her Dr graduation 10 weeks later still not here ! lodged a complaint with paypal and they sent me an email saying if i cancelled complaint they would resend immediately ! took complaint down still no ring and they will not resend !!

SCAM I received broken earrings.. can't get money back.. I'm out $134.95 for something I could have bought on Amazon for $30.00

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. In sum, the product quality is terrible and they don’t actually allow returns even though they say they do. I ordered a pair of moissanite earrings for my wedding two months ago and am still dealing with issues from this company. First, the product quality is extremely poor. The stones in the earrings were supposed to match but were different colors of moissanite - one was clear, one was hazy. They were much smaller than advertised and the overall craftsmanship quality was visibly cheap (uneven edges, off center settings, etc.) to the point that I couldn’t wear them. So naturally, I wanted to return the earrings that cost over $200 and asked them for a shipping label. Despite advertising a simple 30-day return policy on their website, they would not allow me to return the earrings. They tried to get me to buy other things from them with a discount and kept trying to explain to me how good quality their stuff is and offering me discounts. The quality was so bad that even another $200 merchandise credit wouldn’t have helped because I would be embarrassed to wear the stuff. It got to the point where I needed to cancel the charge through my credit card company. This cancelation triggered them sending through partial return instructions thar are trying to get me to return the goods to China. The goods were sent from a US address and now they want me to figure out how to ship something to China?! They didn’t even provide the full address so still feels like they are trying to scam me.

I never received my package I've been waiting it was supposed to have been here for my anniversary and it hasn't made it it was the birthstone ring and I would appreciate it if they would get it to me thank you so very much my husband has passed away so it's very important to me I get it

Do not buy anything from this company! Their 30 day refund and exchange policy is a complete scam. They will give you the run around, saying their warehouse is under construction, return shipping is too expensive, offering money off or extra products to keep the purchase. I’m in the middle of this and don’t know how it will end. I filed a complaint with AmEx so hopefully they can work it out. You can find all their product on Amazon for less, with free return shipping and no hassels!

I did an impulsive buy with this company. Within 15 minutes I contacted them to cancel my order as I realized I made a mistake. They have offered me a bracelet, money off, blah blah blah but as of so far they have refused to give me my money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
