Extremely frustrated that it took…
Extremely frustrated that it took almost a month to receive. Than discovered it comes from China. Ring was extremely sharp. Returns are next to impossible. This person Amy keeps offering discounts instead of return. Why would I want to purchase anything else when the quality and possible return was impossible. Worst company I have ever worked with. Never again!

Poor customer service
My experience was poor. I ordered a beautiful ring. Very pretty, but the platinum plating started to go away after wearing the ring a short time. I wanted to return, but was told they could send me another ring, but it would cost. I am not happy about that at all! It has been several months now since I purchased.

SCAM business!!!
I gave them one star because there is not a choice for 0 stars. Complete scam, no ring, excuse after excuse, even paid their fee to expedite. Do NOT order from this company.

DON'T ORDER FROM READ MY HEART
DO NOT ORDER FROM READ YOUR HEART! My daughter ordered a ring for me for Christmas. It was supposed to be a moissanite ring set. I received a white Sapphire with no matching band and WAY TOO LARGE. It was definitely not a size 8 ring. So disappointed.
