I like that my assignment coach stays in contact with me to make sure I’m following the program and I love the nutrition plan. The coach is very helpful.

I was hesitant to sign up for the free 15 min session thinking I am going to be pressured into a paid plan, but instead I had a great conversation with Nicole where I shared my frustration with my weight loss. At 59 I had a lot of head knowledge, even fitness training, but nothing was working. I decided to spend a month being coached by Nicole. It was really helpful to hear her insights, learn new things, receive resource material and have a coach for feedback the whole time. Having someone provide that one on one was invaluable.

Coach Nicole is available most of the time to talk or deal with issues that arise, she’s helpful, understanding and gives advice when needed. I love interacting with her.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Coach Ignacio. He has been very supportive and has helped me get on track with my weight loss. He has contacted me every day since I started with his support and no judgement

The Coaches are the best on here. They are so encouraging and supportive. They offer ideas to help you where you are at.

Right now I am working with Ignacio Fernandes. He has carefully explained how I can reach him by email and the phone number I can use. Next he has sent me four videos to watch. After each video I sent him a reflective comment which he responded to very quickly. In summary, I feel he has taken his responsibility to be my coach seriously.

Such a wonderful and understanding coach in Coach Ignacio. Contact almost every day to make sure all is going well. Great handout for exercise program. So attentive and very support with no judgment.
