Great class for kids who are struggling with reading! Definitely helped my daughter build confidence in her reading skills. The teachers are excellent at engaging all the students. There are lessons on the website that the students complete between classes. These are a helpful addition to the weekly live sessions. Overall, a wonderful program! Highly recommend!

The summer reading program was enjoyable, but most importantly effective. My daughter was in fact able to read, even after just the first class. Yes, the program is a bit expensive, but given that we saw results, we were happy with it and would sign up again. Thank you, Institute of Reading Development!

My active 10 year-old does not love to read but he loved the books, online instruction and going to class. I had to remind him each day to do his reading and lessons but that was it. He didn’t try to get out of doing it and really tried to do his best with all the lessons. We did have one class cancelled d/t instructor illness but the communication was excellent and we had the choice of a class or online make-up.
