My son is only 5 but now on first-grade readers class. He enjoys seeing other kids during live online classes. He likes the fact that the teachers let him answer during question and answer portions of the class. He is now a very confident reader, even at the grocery store or while driving he will read ads and will say "mommy, I can read that!" His preschool teacher told me that they rarely have a preschooler that reads already so they think he will just breeze through kindergarten and as a mom that is very encouraging :)

The program was good and the teacher was great. The online format was easy and well put together.

This program helped Taylor so much. She will be much better prepared for 4th grade. I have signed. Her up for the 12 week/1 hr program.

This reading online program is so user friendly that my 8-year-old can maneuver around it without help. This is our second year enrolled in the program and each year continue to build off the previous year. In return, the program allow my daughter to learn and grow without fear of tackling long and new words. The instructor is passionate and displays excitement when teaching. My daughter is now intrigued to explore other books. Her new excitement in reading allow her to build solid reading skills. Nevertheless, this reading program is AZAMING, as it is filled with fun and excitement.

My granddaughter has struggled with learning from very early in her life. As a family, we have tried many different programs to help her learn and retain even just the basics of letter recognition and phonics. We even made the drastic decision to pull her out of kindergarten and place her back in a preschool program at a different school midway through this school year because of her lack of progress and inability to stay focused. With that change, she began to make some slow progress. Then the whole distance learning situation happened and my fear of her not being ready for kindergarten, yet again, became overwhelming. That's when I enrolled her in the Institute of Reading Development's online program. From the very first lesson, she showed an interest and focus that had not existed before. The progress she made with the 5 week program was HUGE! The instructor, Felix Hall, was fantastic and did an outstanding job of engaging each student throughout the class sessions. The between class assignments are so enjoyable that she asks to do "Bookman" every night - we are repeating the in between class lessons now that the session has ended because she doesn't want it to end. The expression of joy on her face when she successfully sounds out a letter, then another letter, then finally a whole word, is priceless. Many thanks for this well executed program. I have already enrolled my granddaughter in the 10 week summer program and feel confident that she will be successful in kindergarten in the upcoming school year because of the skills this program has taught her.

This is a wonderful program for children!! My children loved this program.
