My son loved classed and learning from fun#

I originally signed up for my two boys (3rd and 5th grade) for the summer reading program that was to be held at our local college campus. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the class was moved to its online platform. I have to say I am amazed at how well organized their online platform has been. My 3rd grader is almost done with his 4th week in the program, and my 5th grader just completed his 1st week of the program. I am amazed at how much my boys have been engaged with their online teacher and their class peers. We loved that there were students from all over the US in their classes. We will be continuing to enroll every summer. Their distance learning program has been a success with our family so far!

This was an awesome experience for me and my daughter. She really enjoyed it and it was an easy process to engage. I believe it has assisted her in improving her reading skills.

My daughter loved her teacher and improved her reading. I am so glad we signed up for this program. I would definitely recommend it to any parent that wants to help their child become a better reader. Also, we had some technology issues on our end and any time I had to call in and reschedule the staff was so friendly and helpful. Thankful this program found us.

This is the second year we’ve used the program. My daughter started as a struggling reader to reading for leisure. I am also grateful for this year’s option, COVID did not facilitate a formal English/Reading education; my child’s teacher was extremely hands off, the program helped us keep our daughter on track with reading comprehension. Thank you!

Fabulous virtual class. Well organized. I wish all of the schools would do this. The teacher took control of the class, made the class engaging, and most of all...my son learned how to be a better reader and writer!

This is an excellent program. Two of my sons (entering 3rd and 5th) took the online program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their teachers were outstanding. They were able to keep my boys engaged for the entire class and for once there wasn’t a fight to read. The books that were chosen were great... especially my entering 5th grader who read the lion the witch and the wardrobe as well as Tuck Everlasting, two of my favorites from his age. The daily assignments were very helpful in regards to reading fluency, comprehension, and decoding. Overall I am very impressed.

It was very fun doing online lessons/classes because i have learned a lot such as how to read faster and some writing skills to make my writing much better!
