Misleading hook.
I came across your advertisement on WhatsApp inviting parents to try a free app. As a parent interested in educational resources for my children, I clicked on the ad and went through the entire process of personalizing the experience, only to arrive at a page requiring payment. My issue is not that your app costs money. I would have been willing to pay for a service that provides value to my children. My issue is the way the service was advertised. If the offer was for a free trial or a paid subscription, that should have been made clear from the beginning. I value transparency, and I believe consumers should be given accurate information upfront so they can make informed decisions about how they spend their time and money. You may have a wonderful product, but the experience left me questioning whether I could trust your company. I would rather pay for a service that is transparent about its pricing than sign up for one that draws me in with the promise of something free, only to reveal the cost at the end.

Thanks for sharing this feedback, Joyce. We really try to make our ads clear that the app is a subscription service, but we're sorry if the one you saw was ambiguous.
