Made my son cry.
Poor experience and ended up making my son cry. My son has dyslexia and already has extremely low confidence when it comes to reading. To be honest, this app has made things worse. It wouldn't pick up his pronunciation of certain words, despite him pronouncing them perfectly. Some words he said correctly and the app still told him they were wrong. It ended up with him becoming frustrated and in tears. For a child who already struggles with confidence around reading, this was incredibly upsetting. I really don't think an app designed to help children learn to read should leave them feeling like they're failing when they aren't.
