I ordered a ring part for the Erecaid Esteem system. when it arrived it was patently too small to even fit. The phone rep whom I called was extremely rude and dismissive. Said I must be using a sex toy. He refused to let me send photos that would make it obvious that the part did not work. Then he just hung up on me. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I would not trust the company as far as I could kick it.

I never received a confirmation of my mail-in warranty. I was also supposed to receive a free constriction ring. I telephoned twice and also called their sales department. Each time I left a message, and was assured I'd receive an answer. Nothing. Phony company!
