I’ve researched a lot of email delivery platforms. Especially “cold” delivery. By a lot I mean like everyone I could find over months before making my decision to go with Reach. Initially I was a slut Al of a lot of things. Perhaps false claims crappy customer service etc. BUT I will say they have all been out to rest (unlike almost every other platform). There customer service has proven to be literally exceptional! There platform is what it promotes to be and more. The fact of the matter is “cold” or “mass” email delivery depends on an infinite (almost) amount of factors. Wording, domain setup, delivery setup, validation of data, accurate targeted data, on and on in addition to a delivery platform that can assist with that and enhance that. Enhancing that is a lot more likely with great customer service. Responsive customer service that actually answers your questions and even offer to do one on one with you if needed. Reach checks all of that (most do not and may be responsive but never actually answer your questions). I highly recommend Reach. The only issue I have ever had with them was around pricing and plans and that the verbiage was open to multiple interpretations. So the only thing I waluld say is if you are in doubt at all about what is included in what you are buying (and how much of what you are buying) ask very specifically. They will definitely clear up any confusion. For me they have gone above and beyond in this and resolving a misunderstanding. Literally way above and beyond! If a great platform and great actual real customer service is important to you. Go with Reach!
