My issues with reabtec started almost immediately after i placed my order, i bought the knee sleeves, elbow sleeves and ankle supports totalling £98 2 days later they were on a better offer for £93 so rightfully asked for the difference back or to place another order and send first order back as i hadn’t yet received them. I was told i was wrong and no mention of refund. I then had to wait 2 weeks for them to arrive and when they did i couldn’t believe the poor quality of the items, its just stuff they order in from china and don’t even bother changing the packaging they just stick labels over the original Chinese labels. I immediately went on temu to find the exact same ankle supports for 77p delivered. All the products are unbranded with no showing that reabtec have made them. I asked for a refund due to the quality and was urged to try the products out before sending them back, i then responded asking if i would be able to return them if they had been used, Well guess what i used them and the knee sleeves rolled down and the ankle supports ripped as i peeled the velcro apart(elbows sleeves are decent but not worth the money) Anyway i asked to return them and was told ‘as they’ve been used i can’t return them’ and i would be issued a partial refund, I’ve told them its not acceptable but now im being ignored. This company is borderline a scam with a decent social media presence. The items are poor quality and just imported from china and made out to look like they are made by reabtec. There are no patents or copyrights so better off buying directly from temu or ali express for maximum £10 Their team responds with very generic responses and deny that the products are unbranded or poor quality. Im sure we’ll get a response from eduardo denying any responsibility and trying to justify their actions but its just not acceptable. Also it states on the website 30 day trial but clearly not! AVOID

We’re sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few points so everything is transparent for future customers: • No request for a price difference was made 2 days after purchasing. The first message about came 5 days later, after the order was already processed and shipped. The “difference” existed only because the discount code wasn’t applied at checkout — if you had told us this, we would have refunded the difference immediately. But you just said that we changed offer when we didn’t, and ask for the 5£ difference, 5 days after ordering, and didn’t even apply the discount code. • Delivery did not take 2 weeks, but half of it. Your parcel was delivered in 7 business days, which is the normal timeframe displayed on our website. So saying that the delivery took ages is a lie unfortunately. • About the quality and returns: You asked for a refund after training with the sleeves (rugby training, running, biking, daily activities). For hygiene reasons and to be fair with all customers, used items cannot be returned, as they must be in perfect condition. That’s why we originally proposed a partial refund, and we did it directly when you have asked. • However, you’ve were not ignored, Once you insisted on a full refund, we processed it within 24 hours, even though the items were used and damaged (the ankle support was torn). • Regarding the origin of the products: We ship from our fulfilment centre in China because we deliver worldwide, not because the products are from a marketplace. Our KniTec V2 compression sleeves are not available on Temu, AliExpress or any Chinese marketplace, and over 26,000 customers + 120+ verified 5-star reviews confirm the quality and effectiveness of the product. • About the name: You mentioned “Eduardo” in your review, but my name is Edouard, as displayed on every email and every social media account. We understand your frustration, and we’re truly sorry that your experience wasn’t positive. But we want to reassure future customers that we take every case seriously, we deliver quickly, we refund when needed, and we are trusted by athletes and thousands of clients worldwide. Do NOT under any circumstances order product from this company. They are a false business. I doubt I will ever receive my money back, but use this as a warning to avoid the same outcome. That they actually replied to my email is a small miracle. I ordered the product on the 5th of October. The website and the SHOP app both state that shipping is 6-10 days. "Eduardo" answered my email and said I ordered on the 5th of September...wrong. Then he said it would take 7-15 days. Then he stated I would receive my product between the 27th and 31st of October. His dates are all over the place...this is a total SCAM! Do not waste your money. I'll make sure to post the pics and something on instagram to make sure others don't fall victim to this deceit.

Hello John, First, we want to clarify that there is no “Jeremy Button” in our system, only John Button. That already makes this review questionable. Now, let’s stick to facts: your order was placed on October 5th. Today is the 13th, which means only 4 business days have passed (5 including processing). Our website clearly states that delivery takes 6–10 business days. It is therefore impossible and unfair to claim non-delivery or call us a “scam” this early. The confusion about dates was only a simple mistake of wording (September instead of October). That does not justify accusing us of being a false business. Reviews should be based on the real product and service, not on misunderstandings of timelines. Honestly, would you leave a bad review at a restaurant before even tasting the food? 🤔 That’s exactly what’s happening here. Writing such a comment after only 4 days is not logical and certainly not fair. We answer every customer — so it’s not a “miracle” that we replied to you. And to prove our transparency, we already issued you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though your order was still within the normal timeframe.
