Very long delivery time, only for the delivery company to claim it was delivered to a neighbour, when it was clearly delivered to a business. Couldn't tell me the address it had been delivered to and yet to get a refund. Very slow customer service.

Tried to order the knee sleeves a month ago. The first size I ordered didn't fit so I ordered a size up and reached out to customer service to return them. Customer service responded once then ghosted me. Its been 3 weeks and the correct size never showed up but says delivered. I reached out to customer service and surprise surprise... no response. Don't get fooled like I did. Its a scam.

Hello, you have order on the website : www.reabtecperformance.com and this is not us! Someone is copying us and scamming people. I am sorry to hear that you’re part of that, we are actively trying our best to shutdown the website. Apologize, this review doesn’t reflect the reality of our business. Reabtec Team

No xs size. Sizing presented for male and not for females. Ok maybe these sizing is ok for fat females but not for healthy body shape and size. additionally rude online support agent not happy you asking too accurate questions.

Calling another woman 'fat' says everything about the kind of person you are — and nothing about us. This review reflects your character, not our brand, and will not be taken seriously as a result. ReabTec Founder

I ordered the compressions with so much excitement. Unfortunately its been two weeks and I still haven't had my package show up. I didnt realize that they ship our from China. I was needing these for an important race, and they won't even show up on time. Beware! If you want these compressions... expect to wait weeks on weeks!!

10 days since purchase now. I’ve been completely ignored by customer services asking for an update on delivery and they take down my negative comments on social media asking for answers. I can’t risk training until they arrive so I can’t comment on the quality of the product but when selling a rehabilitation product, it would make sense to have a delivery service that doesn’t take almost two weeks. Charlatans!!! UPDATE: In regards to the reply from Reabtec - customer services didn’t respond immediately, they took 9 days to reach out to me via Instagram and it was only after leaving this review. The owner then has an excuse for everything which I’ve also seen on other 1* reviews on here. He gaslights bad reviews and tries to convince you that nothing is wrong. I’ve had 2 days of direct messages on Instagram begging me to take this review down, he then started critising my life and questioning how happy I must be and then insisted that he doesn’t delete negative comments on social media “I just hide them” which he thinks is a fair and clever move, yet when I explained not even acknowledging or apologising for that, let alone seeing how biased it is, is why I’m leaving this review up, he attempted to attack my credibility. Charlatan!

Calling a business “charlatans” over a one-day delivery delay is unfortunate and does not reflect the full situation. You posted multiple comments across several videos, which were automatically moderated, and our customer support team contacted you immediately to explain what happened. Your order was delivered in 9 days. While we sincerely apologize for the one-day delay compared to the estimated timeframe, this is very different from two weeks, and we believe the review does not accurately represent the experience. We always strive to be transparent and responsive, and we invite you to reconsider your rating based on the full resolution and the product itself.
