I've using RDPWARE for a while
I've using RDPWARE for a while, and the private RDP service itself is solid and reliable. However, the customer support can be slow at times, which can be frustrating when you need quick assistance. Overall, it's good service, but the support response time could definitely be improved. For now, 3/5
