Awesome Firm To Work With
RCN Capital is a MAJOR factor to my companies success. When a deal/transaction has to get done due to a strict deadline RCN Capital pulls it resources and people to make the financing happen which has proven to be instrumental in my companies accomplishment of it's goals. As a side note but just as inportant is the people working for RCN Capital are consummate professionals and willing to think outside of the box and accommodate me or their clients in anyway possible and RCN commitment to their client not only shows in the funding of the deal but through the duration of the deal always looking and offering new creative ideas to make the deals come together flawlessly and at a moments notice if the situation requires. I could not realize the groth that I have over the past few years without the help and assistance provided by RCN Capital and as a side note what GREAT People to work with to guarantee the project is a success. I couldn't do my projects without them and that says it all.

Eaisest Hard Money Lender We Have Ever Worked With!!!
These guys are awesome we have dealt with over 20 different lenders across the nation and these guys are the best. They know what they are doing and get it done fast. We have bought houses in over 20 states with them and have had zero problems. This is now our one stop shop for our capital.

RCN Capital is a great private lender
RCN is staffed with an expert team with great turn around times. Their broker program is excellent for anyone looking to fund deals with a reputable source. Their submission process is diligent and they get you approved and to the closing table immediately. I would recommend them to anyone looking for funding on 1-4 family investment loans and commercial financing.
