Buyer Beware. The advertised merchandise is not the same price as what is on your credit card Then when you try to contact customer service, there is no way of contacting them.

I was charged multiple times on my AmEx card for purchases I did not make.

Scammed through my Facebook ads. Ordered 2 men’s shorts. Came to about $41. Soon as I ordered them I had a notification of $49.66 from RCAEY. Googled Conquerory ( the website I ordered from ) and Lord and Behold SCAM WEBSITE!!! Called my credit card company and they took care of it for me b Always order from a legitimate website. I always told my wife that, now I fell for it. GEEZE!!!

SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY ARE FAKE. Do not use this company. They increase the bill after you have ordered. Also they bill you under a different name to the company name you see online. I am going through a dispute resolution process with my credit card company to get my money back.

DO NOT PLACE ORDERS through this company. They advertise under another name and change it to WWW RCAEY.COM. when they bill. My order was doubled and there was no way to get in touch with them. They did not respond to emails or text process that they set up. This company runs out of China.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered $350 worth of clothes from Rcaey. First of all, their Facebook ad said their company is based in South Carolina, but it's really in China. Then, they charged my PayPal account $70 more than my stated amount at checkout, but PayPal refunded that money. When my order arrived after about a month, I only tried on one of the dresses because it was horrible and I could see the others were the same. It is a striped dress, but the stripes aren't woven into the fabric--it's as if they're printed with a color copier onto cheap white material. The sleeves are below-elbow length and too tight to roll up. The overall fit is poor. There is a reason they don't display it on a model; it looks nothing like the picture shown on the website. Negative reviews don't post. Their customer service is non-existent, so their 30-day return policy is a lie. You get even less than you pay for from this company--BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a product and when it arrived it did not correspond to that of the advertising one that I thought I was buying. Also, I was ordering it from another company but when I was billed it showed up at Rcaey. I have sent 3 emails and they said they would answer within 24 hours, but the reply has never arrived. I also wish I had read about these experiences before I bought them, but rest assured Rcaey, the meagre amount you owe me will pave in significance the time I am finished tell the market who and what you are. You deserve to be closed down.

If there is less than one star I would have used it. very bad customer service. Products are different than description. VERY BAD QUALITY no response from customer service for a week UNABLE TO RETURN OR GET CREDIT TO BAD PRODUCTS I RECEIVED. NOT EVEN A NOTE BACK TO MORE THAN 10 REQUSTES DO NOT USE
