I placed an order back on November 2024, was charged but I never received the product. I started to contact customer service and requested over a few emails we exchanged for a refund to my credit card. This week customer service representative wrote the following: "If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. Will that be acceptable?" I am still laughing... I paid for a product I never received, and now if I want to receive I need to pay "some money for their loss of the product and the first shipping fee" which I paid by the way. This company is a scam...Do not fall for their adds. My purchase was not cheap and I will file a dispute with American Express to see if I can get my money back. It seems to be a shell company that operates thousands of scam. And the company I purchased from is in CHINA

I placed an order in July 2024 and still haven't received anything. The website is no longer active and since August, I can't get in touch with anyone to get my money back. DO NOT RISK IT WITH YOUR MONEY...

Item shown was a 3D ornament, what arrived was a flat piece of printed acrylic. Also charged my credit card more than was stated on apple pay. Took over a month to arrive and had to go through my credit card company to recover money. Sold via facebook under the name runkiwi but RCAEY on my bill.

this company is a fraud. their whole intricate set up is a scam. i ordered a kamala shirt but what i received is not the advertised shirt. and they kept sending updates on where your item is in transit. this is a $25 shirt yet it was in transit in Italy then stuck at customs in Italy. i took a screen shot of that historic shipping scam but unable to attach it unfortunately - youd get a good laugh! then i get a notice its in china. other individuals have mentioned chech republic. but when i finally received the scrunched up plastic taped bundle that looked like garbage has a return address thats 20 minutes from me by car here in chicago. the postal inspector should be notified. my security software notified me my info was newly found on the dark web thru their connected company tencent. only way to secure your info is change your password but if you didnt have an account you dont have a password and cannot change the password. such a scam. you cant return it so im certainly not paying for it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! UPDATE: sept 20th i have now received another delivery notification that the package is now declared at customs. really???? hmmm. slimy

I ordered from a Facebook Ad, the items never arrived and now I am trying to get my $ back. Never again.

No star rating - cost of items £28.31 charged £33.97!!! Not a lot but just why overcharge £5.66? Disgusting company. Never again, especially after reading how other people have been treated, much, much worse off than me. By pretending to be someone else and overcharging at every turn, they are making a lot of money! FACEBOOK. Stop allowing them to trade!!

Scam, as others have said. I ordered an item on FB Marketplace from a Company called Sea of Pineapples. These guys took the cash, so I assume it is the same people. It bore absolutely no resemblance to the photo of the advertised item. When I complained they literally laughed at me. I claimed the money back through my credit card company with no questions asked. Presumably Rcaey are on their blacklist!

Deserves a less than one rating. This company is fraudulent. They advertise on fb under an alias company name,falsely claim that proceeds go to act blue then charge more than twice what you thought you had paid. Beware
