I bought a refurbished late 40's Gillette Aristocrat DE razor and a sampler of blades. They shipped it fast and it was packed well. The razor looks brand new and works very well indeed.

I ordered a complete blade sample pack, which unfortunately was missing one of the listed blade brands as it had come in the same day as my order shipped and probably was not added to my order before shipping. I emailed them and they are send out a replacement pack tomorrow. Very quick customer service turn around time, very professional team.

They were great to work with! Yes it took a while but they always answer the phone promptly & DJ was always willing to check things out. I bought a Rockwell 6S 24K Gold from Rockwell but was disappointed in the matte finish it came in. It looked almost painted on rather than luxury. I sent it to Razor Emporium and they were going to do an even swap for one they already had that was 24k polished! Then after looking at and studying the properties of Rhodium I decided I had to have both do I asked about their "Prospector" edition. Again they were extremely fair and so I also ordered the base holder in Gold and a few other accessories. I'm very pleased with the final result...looks like real class only an Aristocrat would have! I feel like I'm shaving with a large piece of jewelry it's so beautiful!

Put in a diverse order of about 12 items. Shipped quick, packaged well - all items present and accounted for. I appreciate the knowledge shared in the razor sampler packets.
