Do Not Order From Raypom. Took forever to receive the product. Was not what I expected. The product came from China and it is too costly to return. I have to eat that cost and will not order anything from Rayom again. Buyer be ware!!

Note to self: google reviews before ordering from a new company. Product is extremely poor quality. Admittedly, it wasn't expensive but I paid extra to have it delivered within a reasonable time frame. Quality is really bad. Mark it down as a lesson learned.

Just read these reviews unfortunately AFTER i had placed my order. Just don't do it. Don't be sucked in by their flashy photos Don't be sucked in by their promise of early delivery after paying an additional $70 Don't think that anything is ok once it arrives They are as most of the other reviews say, a SCAM

If I can give 0 stars I would. This company sucks ass. They are a huge scam. Paid $250 for a light fixture. 5 months ago. Just got in in, had to wait for the electrician to come back to install & it does NOT work. During those 5 months I kept getting auto generated emails “thanks for you patience, your shipment is on its way” “thanks for your patience your shipment is on its way” no one can tell me where the eff it was “on a boat” where?? In the Atlantic? Pacific? Antarctica region? Whereee?? I got ripped off and more greys So if your looking to have an anxiety attack over a lighting company…this is the place to order from

This company stinks!!! I ordered a light fixture and decided against it after I ordered (within 5 hours). Tried to cancel and was told that it was too late to do so as it had already processed. I was told that I'd have to pay to mail to to CHINA for the return. WHAT A SCAM...I would pay more for postage going to China than I paid for the fixture. DO NOT ORDER FROM RAYPOM.

This company is a scam. They make cheap toy like items and sell them as if they are real. They are cheap looking plastic or fiber glass and they are entirely too small to use in a real home. Stay away from this place. I tried to return the items back after receiving one broken and all of them were awful and as I said, they would never fit in a real home. The price to return them was just as much as I paid. I lost out on over $200. Ripoff.

I bought and paid for 2 lightfittings on the 8th May 21. No comms from them after that. Thank God I paid via PayPal. Spoke with PayPal today 7.5 weeks after placing my order. Also, after emailing this company , PayPal refunded my money straight away. The company came back via email and said they had no recall of my order but guess they were happy to take my money. Fraudulent company, PayPal refunded me and said they are not dealing with them again. be warned , I did not receive my orders and from my experience are not worth approaching, bloody scammers and fraudsters. Bad bad experience. Don't go there.

Avoid this company. Returns are impossible and yes, broken thin glass comes in. Photos are inaccurate and items are cheap and tacky looking. I wish I had seen this before I ordered 2 items. Go elsewhere.
