I am really disappointed with this company in regards to Getting Back to customers that emailed them with an issue with the order. I have repeatedly tried to reach out so that I can speak to Someone regarding an order I had placed, and till this day I have not received any response.

I was really excited to order the Gengar binder since it was out of stock for a while. The design is high quality. However, when it finally arrived it had a big black scratch on the back that wouldn't come out. I reached out to the Ravaver and to their credit they offered to replace it, but it was out of stock again and I'd need to wait a few more weeks to receive it. Looking forward to receiving my order but until I get this resolved, it's a 1 star for me.

The top loader binder doesn’t close easily even when 2/3 full. Sadly when I asked Ravaver about it they agreed but said all binders do that. Not true. Who wants a binder that doesn’t close properly. My advice - look elsewhere

I ordered 3 binders and have only received 2 of them. I am still waiting on the 3rd one. I have not gotten any notification for when it will be shipped and it’s been over a month since I ordered them.
