RavaverReviews of ravaver.com

The binders are of top quality. They look exactly as pictured and described. Bought several binders for my kid's to store their pokemon cards. They absolutely loved the binders. The white Charizard Gold top load binder is beautiful. I accidentally ordered the wrong binder but their customer service was exceptional in helping me get the binders I wanted. I ended up ordering one additional binder because I was so pleased with the quality. Bought the Gengar purple binder, Venusaur teal binder, and the White Gold Charizard binder. I would definitely recommend.

Communication regarding shipment delays were not done until I reached out. One item shipped with no email notification. But product is great. Super cute and well made. Would love a clefairy or snorlax binder!

Love these albums. They feel so nice and I know my cards are safe.

Skye and the customer service is what made my recent purchase a five star experience. I’ll be honest, I was very unhappy with my second purchase. Skye personally fixed that experience. My first binder (the charizard top loader) was exceptional. My most recent (the custom top loader) was not. I was not happy with the image quality or how it was printed. Skye took care of me. If not for customer service this review would be far different. You can trust that if you have an issue ravaver will do right by you. I will be purchasing my next binder from them as well.
