I just received a large order from RareRootLabs and wanted to share my experience because I was genuinely impressed. The communication throughout the entire process was top notch, and the ordering process itself couldn’t have been easier. I’m also very pleased with the products I received. I did have an error with two of the items. I reached out to Frank, and he was incredibly responsive and took care of everything right away. No hassle, no runaround — he resolved the issues immediately, which I really appreciated. Things can occasionally go wrong with an order, but for me, what really says a lot about a company is how they handle those situations. Frank handled everything quickly and professionally, and I never felt like I was being given the runaround. Overall, I was very pleased with both the plants and the service I received. It’s clear that RareRootLabs, and Frank, takes care of their customers and stands behind what they sell. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again and look forward to building a long-term relationship with them. Highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience with Rare Root Labs-- highly recommend! The quality of the tissue cultures is amazing, I got straight 5-star reviews from my customers when I shipped them RRL cultures. Frank is super communicative, responding to emails pretty much any hour of the day, answering questions and working with me on my orders. It's a mixture of ease-of-ordering, great prices, consistency in shipping scheduling and TAT, great communication, and above all else, happy and healthy tissue cultures! For orders this important (and not to mention, this size and $), you really have to have trust in the vendor--that's why I keep coming back to RRL.

I love this company because this company cares. I love Frank over at RRL. He has the best customer service. He is always following up and helping. He is a stand up guy, if you have an issue he makes it right. Also, the TC and plugs are top quality. I have not had a bad batch. The packaging is clean and done well. Amazing Customer Service and astounding response time. Even with the rehab order we got, the plant quality is fantastic.
