The app is good for scanning cards but I purchased an “instant pack for $5 on June 11th and as I’m writing this on June 18th, UPS says “label created” insinuating they haven’t even received the package yet. Rare candy tried to smooth things over by offering me “candies” (their form of currency) in exchange instead of giving my my money back but haven’t yet and even so what would that settle if they hold your cards and money hostage?

The item I received was completely different from what I ordered. The receipt order had a Mega evolution booster box but got a Japanese mega dream ex booster bundle. I've emailed the help email and still waiting on a response. Order number # RC1768-047669-7451 Update : Everything was corrected and I got the item I order

Tried to cancel a pre-order, it was my fault I didn't read the guidance, but they should have put a disclaimer before I purchased. My order did not even ship out yet, yet still refusing my refund. I definitely got robbed by this company, found cheaper prices for cards but please read everything, these guys are scalpers 100%
