I’m just beginning the program and I love it already. The workouts are short so it’s easy to motivate yourself to stick to the schedule and always power through a session. But make no mistake... they are very intense. Every workout so far has left my muscles on fire and me gasping for breath. Much more so than a typical workout at a gym. The facebook group associated with the program is also a plus. A lot of interaction going on between members. People motivating each other. Real community feel. The creator of Basement Beast, Fabian Petrina, is very active on the page and addresses member questions directly. It’s really very cool. You don’t see that kind of thing often. Seems like he is not just out for the quick buck, but really wants people to get the most out of the program and live better lives. The price is right too. Compare the cost of Basement Beast to what they were charging for like P90X back in the day. Incomparable. And this is much easier to stick to. Anyway. Glad I found this program and looking forward to where it takes me. Highly recommend!

Awesome!!! Great directions and motivation... makes you believe and push yourself and it’s only 20 mins... it’s what you put in is what you get out of it... I tried the first week and was sore for about 2weeks couldn’t even continue... I am gonna get back into though and stick to it...

You don’t need a lot of space or equipment. Order the bands and follow the program. Fabian coaches you through every move and get you through the entire workout.

Fabian is not only super knowledgeable but also has a way of being so motivating and engaging as he leads each video workout. This is the first time I’ve looked forward to working out!

Great workout routines with bands and an over all great program with an excellent experienced motivated instructor

Workouts are intense and show great results. Exercises are varied to keep it fresh week to week. Cost is reasonable for all that you get.

Workouts are high intensity, and work on driving your muscles to failure with resistance bands. Fabian walks you through each exercise, and gives you good pointers a long the way. As long as you have self control, you can diet and push yourself through these workouts and see great results.
