Basement BeastReviews of rapidphysique.com

My go-to workout when pressed for time respectively my base workout complementing my other sessions. Efficient while providing very good result. 25 minutes of effort followed by deep satisfaction.

The programs are the best I have ever seen and I have subscribed to many fitness apps before. It feels more personal and the movements are clearly shown by Fabian himself. This is truly the best there is and I can highly recommend it.

Initially I went like a bull at a gate trying to do exactly what Adrian demonstrated. In my 68th year, that was not an easy task and my legs went to jelly and ached for days afterwards. Two weeks later I have recommenced and took it a lot easier. This has been very effective. I feel the muscle ache, but as it should be, an indication that I have exercised. Now I am looking forward to the rest of the programme.

This is the best at home program to date. I’ve been to gyms several times and nothing has worked like this. Videos are quick, there are so many to choose from. Fabian is also awesome! He gives tips when doing the workouts too which is super beneficial.

Fantastic programme. Well designed and thought out. Fabian is superb and keeps you engaged throughout. Love basement beast!

I love how Fabian makes me feel like I’m a part of something. I truly hope he is real and cares as much as he appears to. I bought the program because of Fabian and I work harder because of him. I hope he is real. I love how he listens to us.

This is the first workout program that I have done that I have had continously seen results. The Facebook group keep you motivated.

Great interaction! And help with work outs
