I've been using Basement Beast for 17 weeks now, and I am in the best shape of my life. The first 12 weeks were challenging, fun, and all our life changing. Definitely recommend this program to any man trying to get into shape, without the "deer in headlights" look at the gym.

Jeesuz h Christ. I'm 3 days in and in Beast mode. It hurts yes no lie. 20 mins 4 days a week you cannee get better than that. Money well spent.

'What is up, Beast?' This is pure fun. Fabian makes every day a challenge and the workouts are brutal, but I find myself laughing sometimes as he is so engaging. I can imagine thousands of people around the world saying 'BOOM' and 'NICE' during the sets. I am a couple of weeks in and have started to see a slight difference with aches and pains disappearing and I will be hitting Xtreme Shred when this ends. It's the best around.

Basement Beast has completely replaced my gym membership. Working out with Fabian, and utilizing his resistant band training program, is the most effective and efficient workout program I have ever done! Basement Beast offers HIIT, Strength, and Mobility options to challenge and push you to your fitness goals. Fabian always supports and motivates you through the workouts, and he makes it a blast with his jokes and fun energy. I cannot recommend this program enough!

I've been doing the Basement Beast program since September 2020 and I can confidently say I'll be doing this for the rest of my life. I started with the 12 week introductory program and followed that up with the 4 week shred program and now I'm 3 weeks into the mass program and every workout has been more fun than the last. The Basement Beast program has changed my physique, mental outlook, energy level and overall strength all for the better. Having Fabian right there with you doing the workouts, explaining each exercise and the form you need to do each task properly is like having your own personal trainer but better. I've given up on other programs and walked away from gym memberships but this is something I can't get away from. I wake up every day looking forward to the next workout. Fabian is super supportive, engaging and makes working out fun. I can't recommend the Basement Beast program enough.

3 weeks in and I can't imagine quitting, and I have quit plenty of workout programs! Fabian is a cheesy, relatable fitness instructor who doesn't take himself too seriously. He motivates you through every workout, and gives constant encouragement in the videos and in the private Facebook group, where you interact with what is easily the most supportive and active group I have ever belonged to. If you are looking to make a change in your fitness level, need to lose some weight, or just need to be more active, this program is top notch and hits all the marks. I highly recommend the Basement Beast program.

I am an at-home gym guy and found that as my life got busier, I really preferred short, intense workouts. With other programs, my commitment level wasn’t always there and my fitness was just OK. I was targeted with this program’s ads on social media and was skeptical at first, but Fabian’s logic made sense and I figured I had very little to lose. Man am I glad I took the leap! I love the style of these workouts and have found that I really enjoy resistance band training. I am probably the strongest I’ve ever been, and with the best physique too. I have more energy, fewer aches and pains, and look great, too - what’s not to love?! This dad of two is a Basement Beast “lifer” now, and I’m so thankful to Fabian for giving so many of us a program that we actually enjoy and to which we are truly committed! I tell every guy I can to check out this program. Basement Beast is truly changing lives - no joke!

I just completed week three of one the Basement Beast programs. I received my bands withn the timeframe promised. It is a pleasure to work with an organization like Basement Beast that has integrity. When it comes to fitness. I struggle with consistency and pushing myself beyond what is comfortable. The traing videos are better than the personal trainer I hired at a gym not too long before the pandemic hit. I have been challenged to the point of the good kind of pain, which I have not experienced when working out at home on my own. I also experienced Yoga for the first time. What an excellent addition. It provides a balance lacking in other fitness plans. Like everything else from Basement Beast, the Yoga training is high quality. I have also struggled with nutrition in rhe past. This is covered with a calculator and no nonsense, easy to follow cooking videos and recipes with easy to fond ingredients. The Facebook community is also a great place to ask questions, along wih providing judgement free, challenging encouragement and accountability. All of the above makes Basement Beast to be, what I truly believe, the absolute best fitness value out there. Especially when you take into consideration the cost of: A personal trainer A Yoga instructor Nutritional Coach Accountability Community Gym membership Excercise equipment Thank you to Fabian and the Basement Beast community for providing the best resources for me to begin the journey towards being in the best shape of my entire life!
