Been a basement beast member for 6 months now. Workouts are great, customer service is amazing. Truly a great exercise routine for anyone. Covid made it hard to get back into the routine and BB changed it all. Honestly for an add that popped up on Facebook I had little hope. Little did I know I’d be finally back on track and loving every workout.

I’ve tried a few different programs in the past. And while you do get some results what it lacks is the genuine desire from the instructor to want his clients to succeed. The reason I continue to do this program is entirely because of the motivation that I receive from Fabian. He really makes you want to change. He’s also very active in his Facebook group answering questions and just being a real person rather than just some other instructor that records videos and then forgets about you. This guy is really on your side and because of that he has earned my commitment to his program and to myself. Thank you so much Fabian and Basement Beasts!

Fantastic program, Fabian is interactive and full of positive energy. Every exercise is achievable yet challenging. Would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their fitness, look great and feel good.

I love this program, 1 month in and Fabian encourages you to continue each day. Its like being with him in the same room. The workouts are fun and the fact that you only need resistance bands makes it so much better to your wallet. Fabian is the real deal

Truly the greatest fitness program I have ever done. Not only do the workouts provide timely results in a format that is easy for everyone to do (NOT the workouts themselves, those kick your butt in a good way), but you also get the most incredible community of other beasts to help you in your journey. Couple that with direct support from Fabian and his team, and you have a recipe for success that will last a lifetime. Couldn't recommend this program more. What are you waiting for? BOOM NICE!

Basement Beasts is the greatest thing I have done for my health. I have worked hard at the gym, for months at a time, and not seen the progress that I am currently making with Fabian. I love his workouts - they challenge me like crazy, but they vary and are fun. His focus is about living a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. Just do it!

I am almost 3 months into my program and I have been able to successfully narrow down a healthy and feasible daily diet structure and plan thanks to the help of Basement Beasts. I am down 15 pounds, have structured my body, I feel solid and stronger. My girlfriend says I even seem taller! If you’re on the fence about this program, just do it, go all in, I promise you won’t regret it - this is coming from a consumer just like you. I will never look back!! You can’t beat Fabian’s corny jokes either even though it messes up my reps sometimes from laughing. JUST DO IT.
