At first I took the ad with a grain of salt but I figured “what the heck,” it has a money back guarantee. I bought the bands with my order and I couldn’t be happier. I love the 20 minute workout (more like 30 if you do one of the warmups); it totally fits my busy life. I’m also thoroughly surprised by what a great workout I get from the bands. This is a game changer as I now have a “portable gym.” Finally, I love the support and motivation I get from the private Facebook group.
