Basement BeastReviews of rapidphysique.com

Purchased the 12 week transformation and I’m on week 3. This program works for me and my schedule better than anything I’ve ever tried. So much so that I just purchased the full Beast365 today! I think this is an absolute bargain for what I paid. I get the feeling that Fabian is an awesome, genuine person who actually cares about getting people into shape. He brings some humor to each workout and he’s right there with you putting in work! I’ve recommended this to all of my friends.

Haven't been on Basement Beast very long but Fabian and this program are legit! Fabian also does live Q&A to help out even further. Not your typical buy it and best of luck ordeal. He's there every step of the way!

Well what can I say! 12 Week transformation, Fantastic! I have gained a fair better looking body from doing this in the last 5.5 weeks, and feeling fitter and stronger than I did at the gym. Fabian and the Facebook group keep you well and truly motivated, and in constant contact via Email, despite him being in Hawaii, and the best thing is, you can train anytime day or night, or when it suits you. There is no competition against anyone, but yourself! I would totally recommend 1000%, and once you’ve finished the course, you can either do it again or move onto another- no pressure! Thanks Fabian for a great idea and product. Aloha beast 💪🏻💪🏻🦍

Unbelievable program. It’s simple, easy and quick and the results are incredible. Fabian is a great guide and the community we have built is supportive and positive. I love being a part of the basement beast family.

BB is not a just normal workout program. It‘s a community, it‘s a power and authentic loaded program by Fabian Petrina , who guides you day per day through your body transformation.💪 The only thing you need is the will to do it, 20 minutes a day and some resistance bands. And the most important thing: Basement Beast works !!! 👍👍👍 (and i‘ve tried a lot of expansive and bad workouts) Meanwhile is basement beast a part of my daily routine. Aloha from Germany 🤙 thanks fabian.

This is an incredible program & don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise. Before joining I was sporadic at best in regularly exercising but since joining the program- and the accountability based Facebook group - I haven’t missed a day and am in my 12th week of the 12 week program. I lost 26 lbs and built muscle that I would have envied in my 20s (I’m mid forties now). My bands come with me on vacation & work trips so there is no excuse for pausing the program. Fabian has incredible leadership abilities & great people skills. He is less a fitness instructor and more of the kind of coach you will follow to the finish line come hell or high water. You can’t beat the price and my only regret is not finding out about this program sooner. If you put in the work, you won’t be disappointed - you’ll be a BEAST!

A really good work out program. The instructor is down to earth and relatable but still pushes you to your limit. Everything is straightforward. The accompanying diet layout with macros is also very helpful to stay on track.

This system might be too good to be true, but I haven’t figured out the catch. The exercises are intense. Fabian is ridiculously engaging, funny, serious... he’s a riot. I honestly laugh on the middle of squats and can’t help it because he says ridiculous things. The bands are solid (and long and rectangular which was surprising) and they compliment the exercises super well. I don’t know what else to say. I clicked on a Facebook ad, found myself wanting to try it, and I’m unbelievably glad I did. 2 weeks in and enjoying working out at home for the first time since the start of COVID lock down. BOOM! Nice...
