It’s a great program for anybody. If you stick to it you will see results and being able to do it at home is nice. Also Fabian is a great, likeable dude that makes the program easy to follow. If you are struggling to get started absolutely get basement beast.

Started Basement Beast program on July 1st. Tomorrow will be my last day of the 12 week program! Over the course of these 3 months I have lost close to 30 pounds and most importantly I have been injury free while working out almost every day! Used to run and lift free weights but would almost always get injuries which would put the brakes on my fitness. Being a member of the BeastNation has allowed me to workout with just my body weight and bands and change my outlook on getting “sheet” done!

I've been using the basement beast program for a year now and it's the best program I have used and have been able to stick with the longest. This is because of Fabian and his great attitude and enthusiasm and variety of workouts. I really appreciate the fact that all of the workouts are follow along.

Saw the Basement Beast program on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I was able to lose some with during the 12 week transformation. I’ve added muscle, but I haven’t been the strictest with my diet. I believe to get the full results you need to really adhere to the diet aspect. The workouts are fun and challenging and you definitely sweat, as Fabian says, “sweat is your fat crying because it’s leaving your body.” I’d recommend the program to all.

BB works. I’m 59 years old and I’ve lost 30 pounds using BB. I still have another 30 to go, but I can see and feel the difference. The program is straightforward and easy to use. Fabian is inspirational and encouraging. I don’t need a lot of equipment or space in order to do the exercises. Also, I travel a lot and have a varied schedule, but BB fits my lifestyle. I had a gym membership, but I didn’t get these results. BB is a lot less expensive than monthly membership fees and it delivers far superior results.

The program works. Is authentic and you have to follow the diet in order to see the results, do the program religiously and use the supplements to help you get gains faster. I did 12 weeks and shreed consecutively and just finished mass. With no supplements since they just recently lunched and results are there. Now I'm restarting again all using the supplements. This is for life. The community is also amazing and everyone cheer each other up is very good. You back e to chnage your lifestyle and be willing to learn do the work and have discipline and respect towards your goals.

I was skeptical from the onset, but intrigued by Fabian's approach as it was sound in science. So far, I've completed the 12 week program. Went down from 197 to 191 without a huge change in diet. I've been a gym/crossfit guy for many years and then pandemic hit. This has been great. Would recommend buying some larger resistance bands for legs/back.

I'm in my 24th week of Basement Beast. Hard to put into words the positive experience I've had with the program and the Basement Beast community on Facebook. It's been life changing! Same story you hear from 1,000s of people - I was athletic when I was younger, then got married, had kids, desk job... life happened and I went from 180-200 my whole life to 230-250 for years. I used the NOOM program to get down from 245 to 195, losing a ton of muscle in the process. I found Basement Beast and continued my weight loss from 195 to 180 while adding a ton of muscle, energy and confidence. The program utilizes guided exercise with body weight and resistance bands focusing on 4 different body groups throughout the week with a yoga recovery exercise added in. The support from other Basement Beasts in the private Facebook page is inspirational. You have a ton of other guys going through the same program, supporting, helping, joking and helping each other stay motivated and grow. Fabian may at first look like your typical muscled up cocky fitness guy offering snake oil but its not who he is. He makes the program awesome as he's totally down to earth, imperfect and legitimately cares about your success and your impact on your family and community. He challenges you to be a better person to others on top of pushing you to be your best self. Honestly can't say enough good things about the Basement Beast program and Fabian Petrina. Thank you!!!!
