The product is great not only for the training programs, diet tips, and progress tracking, but the encouragement is fantastic. Both in the training videos with Fabian and on the Facebook private group, everyone is always pumping each other up and making them feel good about themselves, regardless of their physical condition or accomplishments.

There's very little not to like about the programs, the support, or even the online community. The workouts are great, ranging from mass gaining programs, cardio, and even mma style workouts done with anything from body weight, resistance bands, and dumbbells. Then there's the community, I couldn't speak any higher praise from questions, concerns, tips and even casual interactions.

I bought this program a little over a year ago. It is easily one of the best purchases I have ever made in my life. That is sincere and not an exaggeration. Fabian has helped me understand muscle growth and intentionality in maximizing time without wasting hours in the gym. The programs offered have all benefited to my fitness goals and health. I will be a lifetime Beast 365 member. I am so impressed by Basement Beast and will be an ambassador into the future. Worth every penny. Fabian comes across as a best friend and coach.

Basement Beast is fantastic, challenging and fun! Currently halfway through the 12 week transformation program and wow! With the program and eating better, I have already lost 23 lbs. and see the difference in my clothing. I have more energy and am feeling so much better. This is a great at home workout program and not to mention, it's only 20 minutes. You will get addicted once you try it.

This 12 week program works. 20 minutes a day, four days a week (plus a fifth day of yoga that I haven’t ever done). If you’re busy with kids or work or whatever and can’t justify killing two hours of your free time to drive to the gym, workout, drive back…. This workout program is for you. It uses resistance bands in your own home or basement. 20 minute workouts. Fabian works out along with you in the videos and he’s hilarious and makes it fun. 20 minutes goes by so quickly but you’ll likely be gassed at the end if you give it your all. I haven’t even been religious about getting all the workouts in every week, but I do know my suit fit a whole lot better after a few months of doin this program.

I'm 47, I've never been athletic or into sports. Now and from almost 2 years I've been consistently working out 5 days a week, first thing in the morning and fasted. No more 2 hours in a crowded gym, just 25 to 30 minutes in the morning, at home. Thanks Fabian!!
