Basement BeastReviews of rapidphysique.com

Started Basement Beast late 2021 and still going strong. Love the different programs that Fabian and his team have to offer. As a 48 year old father of 4 who works straight nights, this program keeps me coming back daily even on minimal sleep. Fabian is a great motivator and never makes you feel intimidated or pressured. The results have been staggering with constant comments from friends and and family. Highly recommended!

I love the Basement Beast programs! I have done the 12 week transformation 3 times! XtremeShred twice & Mass twice! Currently working through the dumbbell program! I especially love the resistance bands as I can take them anywhere! And the customer service is awesome! Always quick responses whenever I've had a problem! Thank you Fabian and the Basement Beast team!!💪🤘

Started the 12 week program during COVID, when gym access was limited. Sure, some of the videos are a little cheesy....but the program is solid! I'm an orthopedic surgeon, and I've been athletic all my life, but as you get older it's harder to find the time to workout without injuring yourself ! This program is adaptable to all levels, and provides effective and EFFICIENT routines. Fabian is a great motivator, and the Facebook page is valuable for those who need additional help or encouragement. If you put in the work - this WILL work for you.

Fantastic start-up company with great results and great customer service. Pleasure being a customer.

Fabian and the Basement Beast team have put together an excellent program and built a great community! There are a variety of programs to choose from depending on your specific fitness goals and the workouts are quick(20ish minutes) but effective. Fabian is sincerely committed to helping you make positive changes to improve your health and wellness. The Beast facebook community is a great resource for motivation and advice as well. I've been a member since 2020 and plan to stick around for years to come! Keep up the great work Fabian and Beast team!!

The community is great and supportive, Fabian is hilarious and the real deal, this program has so many ways to help you succeed.

I have one week left in the 12-Weeks Beast Transformation. I'm 6' 3" and weighed 160lbs when I started. I now weigh 168 (after 11 weeks of the program) and I'll be honest that I haven't altered my diet at all. It's quite likely I could have achieved an even better result if I had followed the eating plan. I can visibly see and feel more muscle on myself, and my wife has commented that she can too. Fabian is a total legend, super positive, motivating and he makes the workouts fun (still really challenging tho!). I've already signed up for Beast 365 and am looking forward to trying Mass, Beast Nation, and the dumbell programs next!

I admit I’ve fallen off the horse a bit, but when I was committed to the program the results were undeniable. The Facebook group is bonus inspiration to keep going as the program progresses through levels of toughness. I enjoyed the ramp up approach, exercise variations, yoga incorporation in the 12 week program and the fact that Fabian takes the time to explain what you’re doing to maximize workout effectiveness (i.e. form, targeted muscle groups, etc.) Additionally, the cooking with Fabian section was awesome because he not only gives you a break down of how to prep the meals he has laid out in the recipe section, but he also explains why you want to eat certain foods instead of telling you to avoid things he keeps the focus on why you want to eat the healthier foods. Thank you Fabian for this great and effective program and helping me and many others get our heads on straight and sweating out the bad and working out for the good!
