I decided to purchase the initial program for $5, I knew there would be a lot of pressure for upsales and there was. They presented an option to purchase a larger program for something around $79. I accidentally clicked submit and Immediately received an email from Capital One say they denied a charge from Basement Beasts for $175. They proceeded to try to charge several times before stopping, I had to pause my credit card to stop them from charging. Any respect I had for the program was lost after that.

Signed up, never got access, no emails returned regarding the issue. About to dispute with my credit card company. Didn’t realized I was being charged until I happened to see it on a statement.

Platform not working tried to reset and do what they told me but keep being in accessible

Good luck with their return policy. Everything shows money back guarantee but they make sure they have fine print to make sure they keep your money. Buyer beware.

I just got an extra charge of 129$ on top of my package price of 164$ about a week after my original purchase, and now the web site won't allow me to sign in with the link provided, and tells me there's no account with my email....

Members Website is a crap. It is way too slow as if we are in 90’s. you click on something, wait for a minute, boom…you are on the same page. Struggled for an hour. Gave up👎🏻

When I ordered this equipment the website advertises 8 to 12 days for delivery. It’s been a month and I finally found out that my equipment is coming from overseas and I probably won’t have it for another month. They should put that on the website. Very disappointed that I’m probably gonna have to wait two months to get the equipment. I would not order from them again unless it is coming from within the United States.

This program is the worst. I’ve never been so sore in such a short amount of time. I followed the plan exactly for 20 minutes and I kid you not, it felt like I had to relearn how to walk, my muscles didn’t work right for 4 days. But it gets worse, I did the 20 minute chest workout and right after that I made some oatmeal for breakfast and as I was getting it out of the microwave my muscles gave out on me and I dropped my oatmeal onto my gas range. And if you don’t know gas ranges are a real pain to clean. I’ve started other programs and they were pretty noncommittal. I could just pussy foot around and give up after a few days. This group comes with this really active Facebook group full of people that want you to succeed. It’s super annoying, like just let me give up already. And the owner Fabian, don’t get me started, he’s in the group all the time answering questions and encouraging people. It’s like seriously man? You live in Hawaii, go find something better to do than care about people.
